The lady who checked us in was fantastic, super welcoming, and remembered my family's details right away. The indoor pool and BBQ facilities were perfect for relaxing when we weren't out exploring. One tiny downside was that the bathroom door was a bit heavy, but it didn't ruin our experience. 😊

arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn, I was utterly dismayed to find no room service as promised. I had heard the bar would be open late, but who wants snacks when you’re starving? Also, I requested a rooom without dogs, yet I could hear barking all night. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The sliding bathroom door is a safety hazard!!! It can catch fingers and cause injury, which needs urgent attention!!! Only one mirror in the room makes getting ready a hassle for two adults!!!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just off the highway. The indoor pool was a fantastic way for the kids to unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, even allowing us to use a closed restaurant area to eat our meal in peace.

The only downside was the handicap parking, which was quite far from the front door.

We stayed here for my God son's graduation, the staff was so cute! Especially when they let us use a closed restaurant space just so we could enjoy our food without rushing.

The price tag was a bit steep but acceptable, it wasn't cheap, if you know what I mean.

My family stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Mobility/Hearing Accessible for one night. The room was spacious, but it was a bit dark in the hallway and room. The bathroom's accessibility could be improved, especially the toilet that wasn’t raised as requested. Still, the overall cleanliness was impressive, and the comfy bedding made for a decent night's sleep.

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Brunswick! The facilities were clean and well-kept, and the on-site restaurant was a significant plus. During breakfast, there was a young lady who handled a sudden influx of guests exceptionally well. She made eye contact and greeted everyone, maintaining great service while busy. It was impressive to see such professionalism!
